Learned APP, on the instructions of PSI Ghadigaonkar, attached to Dadar Police Station, submits, that Charge has been framed by the trial Court, in the said case i.e. in C.C.No.763/PW/2015. 2.

Considering the statement made by the learned APP, 1/3

learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same. She, however, requests that the trial be expedited.

Since the case is of the year 2015 and charge has been framed, we deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to decide the said case as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within 6 months from the date of receipt of this order.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.

All contentions of the parties are kept open on merits. 6.

Learned Judge to conduct the case on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the aforesaid petition. 2/3
