P.C.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the documents collected during investigation have not been filed by the Investigating Officer alongwith chargesheet. All those documents were placed on record which are withheld by the Investigating officer by which the petitioner would be in a position to prove his innocence. 2.

Learned APP submits that as authenticity of some of the documents and corroborative nature of the documents was not relevant and germane to the intrinsic investigation carried out by the Investigating Officer, those documents were not found necessary to be part of the chargesheet.
