P.C.:- The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions, submitted that, dues of the Petitioner No.2-Bank to the tune of Rs.30,000/- have been recovered from the Respondent No.1 and therefore, the claim of the Petitioners qua the Respondent No. 1 has been satisfied. He fairly conceded to the fact that, the present Petition therefore, has become infructuous.
