This Court had directed the Appellant to supply fresh address of Respondent No.1 within period of four weeks and to file requisite number of decree forms on or before next date. The Appeal was adjourned to 22nd February, 2024. It appears that it was wrongly placed on 11th January, 2024. The order shows that the Appellant on that day prayed for time to file Application for substituted service on Respondent No.1.

Learned advocate today submits that in spite of his efforts he could not contact his client. It is seen that the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Appeal.

This Court is constrained to pass order dismissing the Appeal for want of prosecution. The Appeal thus stands dismissed for want of prosecution.

Pending Interim Application, if any, stands disposed of in view of dismissal of Appeal.
