The above Civil Application has been filed seeking interim stay to the judgment and order passed by the MACT Jaisingpur. It seems that the Applicant / Appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.7,50,285/- on 3-12-2014 in the MACT Jaysingpur, District Kolhapur. In view there of the above Civil Application is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). However, the grant of relief in the above Civil Application would not be an impediment for the Claimants to withdraw the amount if an order in that regard is passed in their favour. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
