At the outset, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 pointed out that, after vacation of interim relief by this Court by its Order dated 10th February, 2020 and the subsequent directions issued by Order dated 21st March, 2022, the trial Court i.e. learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No.27, Mulund, Mumbai has proceeded with the Sessions Case bearing C.C. No. 11/PW/2020 and charge has also been framed by an Order dated 25th August, 2022.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to contest the said C.C. 1/2

CAJ 68-Ia-2127-2022.odt No. 11/PW/2020 pending on the file of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No.27, Mulund, Mumbai.

Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 4.
