P.C. :- The review is sought on the ground that the fact that Mr. Khaire and Mr. Awate were not junior to the Applicant was not considered by the Industrial Court. However, in the impugned order of the Industrial Court, the dates of joining of Mr. Awate and the Petitioner are mentioned, which shows that Mr. Awate had joined the service prior to the Applicant. This contention is also reiterated by the Respondent - Corporation in their Writ Petition. Therefore, the grievance of the Applicant that juniors were

RPW 25.15.sxw promoted is misplaced and he could not have been directed to be given promotion merely on that basis.

Therefore, no case for review is made out. The Review Petition is accordingly rejected.
