Grievance of the petitioners appears to be that respondents have taken in possession more land than for which the award was passed. The petitioners have got the land measured. The learned Counsel submits that application has been given to the respondents in that regard.

We have heard the learned AGP.

The petitioners have already approached the Authority. In case the petitioners have given the application, then the Authority may take decision on its own merits and in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously preferably within six months. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
