The present writ petition filed by the husband challenges the interim maintenance granted by the Family Court. The writ petition was filed on 20/6/2018. After filing of the writ petition, the writ petition was never moved for circulation. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the present writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed for default.
