The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the present proceedings the Petitioner made representation dated 12/07/2021 for directing the Regional Transport Officer for removal of the Tag of "Blacklisted" from the registered record of RTO in respect of 46 cars, MH02. He submits that let the Authority to decide their representation on its own merits.

The learned AGP submits that he received instructions from the concerned officer that they will decide the said representation on its own Laxmi 1 / 2

Hence, the following order:

a.

The Respondent Regional Transport Officer to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 12/07/2021 (Exhibit-I, Page-140) on its own merits as early as possible, but in any case, on or before 20/09/2021 and communicate the decision in writing to the Petitioner. b.

Writ Petition stands disposed of with those directions. c.

No order as to costs.
