The learned Counsel for the petitioners has pointed out that even before ad-interim order dated 9th July, 2015 was passed, the review petition was already decided.

Now, remedy is available to the petitioners to challenge the order passed on review petition. The contentions that the proceedings initiated by way of review petition were illegal and that the same were belatedly initiated, will remain open to the petitioners, while challenging SQ Pathan 1/2
wp.6510.15.doc the order passed on review by adopting appropriate proceedings under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

By granting liberty to the petitioners to adopt appropriate proceedings, the petition is disposed of. All contentions on merits are kept open.
