Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 3 to 6 and learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.8 to 10.

Inasmuch as it is pointed out by the learned Counsel for the Respondent Corporation that the application for regularization made by the Petitioner is not in a proper format, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner shall make the regularization application in proper format and in accordance with the procedure prescribed, within a period of three weeks from today.

If such regularization application is made by the Petitioner within the time stipulated, the same shall be decided by the Respondent Corporation within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of the application. 5.

Until the regularization application is decided and for a period of two weeks (if the order adverse to the Petition) from the date of communication of the order, no coercive steps shall be taken against the Petitioner. 6.

It will be open for Respondent Nos. 3 to 10 to also file similar regularization applications. If such applications are made within three weeks from today in the prescribed format, the same shall also be decided along with the regularization application of the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition to stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
