This Interim Application is taken out for restoration of Second Appeal. The said Second Appeal has been dismissed by order dated 24th September 2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II).

The Second Appeal was dismissed by conditional order of learned Registrar (Judicial-II), by which four weeks time was granted to remove office objections, failing which the registration of the Second Appeal was refused. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Second Appeal is not yet admitted.

In view of above, the Interim Application is allowed in 1/2

The office objections be removed within a period of eight weeks from today.
