Apprehending arrest in connection with C.R. No.358 of 2023 registered with Sinner Police Station, Nashik for offences punishable under sections 306 and 366 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC'), the applicant is seeking relief under section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. 2.

According to prosecution, the applicant along with unknown person abducted daughter of deceased forcefully and, thereafter, harassed her. According to prosecution, due to acts of the applicant, the brother-in-law and sister of informant committed suicide. The learned Magistrate has recorded statement of victim. She has stated that, she has voluntarily accompanied with the applicant. Both were married on 3 June 2023. Age of the victim on the day of recording of statement is 19 years. Therefore, the

For the reasons stated above, the order dated 30 June 2023 is confirmed on the same conditions.
