The principal relief sought in the above Petition is a direction to the Respondents to register an FIR in respect of the complaint made by the Petitioners. Pursuant to our last order dated 4th July 2018, the statements of the Petitioners were recorded and thereafter an FIR has been registered being CR No. 133 of 2018 by the Bhoiwada Police Station on 10th July 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 457, 448, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. wp.2308.16.7.doc is now no warrant to keep the above Petition pending as the grievance of the Petitioners in that regard does not survive. However, we expect the investigating agency to take the FIR to its logical conclusion one way or the other by carrying out proper investigation.

With the directions as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

The report dated 13th July 2018 is taken on record and marked as `X' for identification.
