At the outset the learned APP. submitted that during the pendency of the present application the police have submitted the final report before the Trial Court on 10.8.2016. In view of the same, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court.
