By this Application, the Applicant seeks extension of two weeks time to comply with the condition of deposit imposed by this Court (CORAM : A.S.GADKARI, J.) vide order dated 21.03.2016.

For the reasons set out in the Application, Application is allowed and time is extended by a period of two weeks from today to enable the Applicant to deposit the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- in the trial Court. The Application is accordingly disposed of.
