The Securitization Application (L) No.647 of 2018 filed by the Petitioner is pending before the DRT-III, Vashi. The learned Counsel for the Respondent-Bank, on instructions, states that the taking over possession of the secured asset which is scheduled tomorrow i.e. 22nd June 2018 shall be deferred for a period of one week.

901.WPST.17462.18.doc In the circumstances, we dispose of the Petition with a direction that the parties shall appear before the DRT-III on 26.06.2018 at 11.00 a.m. and DRT-III shall pass appropriate ad-interim/interim orders in the Securitization Application. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter.

The statement of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is recorded that the Securitization Application (L) No.647 of 2018 shall be served on the learned Counsel for the Respondent Bank during the course of the day.
