We are inclined to dispose of the present Petition with direction to Respondents Nos. 2 & 3 to consider the Representation of the Petitioner of mutual transfer as supported by Respondent No.4, who is also interested in such transfer at the respective place.

Therefore, keeping all points open, the said Representation be considered in accordance with law, as early as possible and preferably within four weeks from today.
