Mr.Nakhawa, learned A.P.P., on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that, after completion of the investigation, the police have submitted 'C Summary' report in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Khed, District Pune. He produced on record a photocopy of report dated 28th July, 2021 signed by Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-1, PimpriChinchwad in that behalf. 2.
