The main contention of the Petitioner seems to be with regard to the non-availability of hostel facility in the Government and other schools for children pursuing Classes VIII to X, which are situated within 3 kms from the Ashram School in question. The Respondent Authorities are directed to file an Affidavit in Reply with specific averments or explanation how the children eligible to get admitted to Ashram Schools can have the same facility in other than Ashrams Schools. The Affidavit in Reply shall be filed within four weeks from today with advance copy to the Petitioner who shall Affidavit in Rejoinder, if any, within two weeks thereafter. Stand over to 15th November 2016.
