Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that as far as prayer clause 'a' is concerned, the same does not survive, inasmuch as, the trial Court has decided the Intervention Application, pending the aforesaid Writ Petition. As far as prayer clause 'b' is concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Special Civil Suit No.1598 of 2015, pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune, in a time bound period.

Since, the Suit is of the year 2015 and there are suits older than the aforesaid Suit, the said prayer cannot be granted, as on today. 3.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
