For the reasons separately recorded in order dated 09/07/2015 passed in Writ Petition No. 6015 of 2015 and other companion Writ Petitions, these Writ Petitions are dismissed. 3.

Mr.Kanetkar orally applies for stay of execution proceedings for a period of 2 weeks from today. Mr.Vyas opposes this application.

Having regard to the fact that the plaintiffs intend to challenge this order before the higher Court, I find that request made 3/4

by Mr.Kanetkar is reasonable. Hence, notwithstanding dismissal of the Writ Petitions, execution proceedings shall remain stayed for a period of 2 weeks from today. Order accordingly. (R. G. KETKAR, J.) 4/4
