The writ petition has been filed in this Court way back on 4th July 2014. Though it was to appear for admission on 22nd July 2014, from the Roznama, it appears that it could not be heard for admission. It was not heard from that date till we noticed on 13th April 2017 that though the petition was pending for all this time, no attempt has been made to seek any relief in terms of the prayers made in this petition. In the circumstances, we dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution.
