After hearing the learned Advocate for the Applicant at sufficient length he prays that, if, it is ordered that the Trial is expedited, he has instructions to withdraw the application. 2.

It is seen that the applicant/accused arrested on 18th October, 2016. It is reported that the trial is not yet commenced. The learned APP submits that the trial is due for framing charge on 25th September, 2017.

In this view of the matter, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the application.

The learned Trial Judge, is directed to frame charge on the next due date and to expedite the trial by starting recording of evidence of the witnesses. It is expected that the learned trail Judge to finish the trial within a period of one year from the date of the communication of this order. 5.
