1] This is an application for restoration of the Second Appeal which came to be dismissed for non compliance of the office objections on 9th February, 2018.

2] It is submitted by learned counsel for the Applicants that the office objection was of non filing of certified copy of the Appeal Memo. It is submitted that, as the application for condonation of delay in preferring the First Appeal came to be dismissed, the Applicant is not getting the certified copy of the Appeal Memo, as the Appeal itself was not registered.

4] Considering the above said fact, the Applicant is permitted to file office copy of the First Appeal Memo. On compliance thereof, the Second Appeal shall stand restored to its original file. 5] The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. [DR.SHALINI PHANSALKAR-JOSHI, J.] 2/2
