This Contempt Petition alleges contempt of the order passed by this court dated 26th February, 2019 at Exhibit 'A' (Pages 18 & 19), by which it was directed that the State Government should decide the proposal/application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two months from the date of the receipt of the proposal/application, alongwith report/recommendation from the Divisional Commissioner.

The learned AGP, upon instructions from Mr. Pawar,
