By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioners are challenging the order dated 09.08.2021 passed by Respondent No.1 Special Auditor, Class-I, Cooperative Societies (Sugar) rejecting their Application for grant of more time to file reply. The learned AGP for the Respondent submits that Respondent No.1 has already completed the enquiry and submitted a report to the concerned officer. To that effect, he has placed on record a letter dated 18.08.2021 of Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Same stands dismissed. In view of the above, nothing survives in the Interim Application filed for joining the Applicant as party Respondent in the Writ Petition. Hence, same stands dismissed.
