The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the impugned order is passed on the revision petition filed by respondent no.1 herein, and therefore, rest of respondents viz. respondent nos.2 to 12 are not necessary parties to this petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to delete respondent nos.2 to 12. Leave, as prayed, is granted at the risk of the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner herein/respondent in the revision petition.

The revision petition is challenging the interim order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai. The revision petition is of the year 2019. It is reported that the said revision petition is ripe for hearing. In this view of the matter, instead of going into the legality of the impugned interim order in the revision petition, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai, to decide the Criminal Revision Petition bearing No.6 of 2019 between the parties within a period of eight months from today.
