The above Interim Application is filed for granting of access to the son (Yash) who will be turn major in November 2023. The learned Advocate appearing for the wife has stated that she has never stopped the son from meeting the father. In view of the statement made on behalf of the respondent wife, we do not see deem it necessary to pass any further order except to record the statement made by the wife. The father is at liberty to contact the son on his mobile number and which we are informed is already known to the father. If the son wants to meet the father he is free to do so.

The above Interim Application is disposed of in terms of this order.
