Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that the civil application is filed within time. The appellant has expired on 20th April, 2016 leaving behind her her heirs and legal representatives. The death certificate is annexed. 3.

The statements made in the civil application are accepted. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (b1). Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Amended copy of the second appeal shall be served upon the respondents within one week from the date of carrying out the amendment.
