We have heard Mr. Pankaj K. Manral, in person. 2.

The prayer is for quashing of the FIR in Crime No. 317 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Section 354A of the Indian Penal Code. The alleged incident is based on a complaint lodged by the nonapplicant no.2 on 16th November, 2018. 3.

The parties are already contesting the litigation after having matrimonial discord.

In this background, the party in person, on instructions, made a motion for withdrawal of the application, as he has every intention to seek discharge before the Court below.

As such, the application stand disposed of as withdrawn. 6.

However, in case if the applicant takes out proceedings for discharge, same be decided without being influenced by the withdrawal of the present application.
