Heard learned Counsel for the applicant-Insurance Company. He submits that the applicant-Insurance Company has already deposited entire decretal amount. This Court under Order dated 19.06.2018 granted stay to the execution and operation to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned M.A.C.T., Thane in M.A.C.P. No.132 of 2008. 2.

In such circumstances, the stay granted by this Court is made absolute.
