The learned APP. submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 5.7.2016 the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and co-operated in the process of investigation. She further on instructions submitted that the custody of the applicant is not necessary for further investigation.

2) In view of the same, the interim relief granted on 5.7.2017 is hereby confirmed however, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Office as and when called for between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till filing of the charge sheet.
