1] This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 18.6.2014, passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Sangli in H.M.P No.256 of 2012, under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, awarding interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per month. 2] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that H.M.P. No.256 of 2012 in which the impugned order was passed, has already been disposed on 6.5.2015 and appeal is pending against the said order.

3] In view thereof, this writ petition becomes infructuous, hence stands disposed of.
