At the outset Mr. Bodake, the learned counsel for the Petitioners makes a statement that the Petitioners are not pressing the prayer clauses (c) and (d). Statement is accepted. 3.

Having heard the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the In-charge Minister for Forest and Revenue Department/ Megha 1/2

908_wp_7926_2016.doc Officer on special duty to dispose of the miscellaneous application filed on 16.6.2016. Copy of which is annexed at page No.185 to the petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferrably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 4.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and the In-charge Minister for Forest and Revenue Department/ Officer on special duty shall decide the said application independently on his own merit and in accordance with law. All the points and contentions are expressly kept open. The Petitioner is at liberty to approach the In-charge Minister for Forest and Revenue Department/ Officer on special duty alongwith this order and the copy of the said miscellaneous application.
