Heard both sides. The Court was not inclined to grant bail. Learned counsel for applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. It is submitted that the applicant is in custody from 29th October 2019. Hence, liberty may be granted to prefer fresh application for bail in the event trial is not concluded expeditiously. 2.

In view of the submission, the application is allowed to be withdrawn. In the event trial is not concluded within one year, the applicant will be at liberty to prefer fresh application for bail. Bail Application is disposed of.
