The Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn. Ad-interim relief, if any, stands vacated. 3.

It is made clear that if bail bonds are executed on the basis of ad-interim relief granted in this proceeding, they are not to be treated as bonds executed under Sections 439 and 437 of Criminal Procedure Code. It is to be treated as present application is rejected.
