Earlier, I have heard the submissions of Advocate Vrushali Maindad, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant. After arguing the matter for some time, she has requested for adjournment for taking instructions for withdrawal of the Bail Application. 2.

Ms. Mahenoor Khan, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that she has instructions to withdraw the Bail Application. She further states that as the Applicant is behind bar 1/2

Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Liberty is granted to the Applicant to file a fresh Bail Application after a reasonable period, in case, there is no substantial progress in the trial.
