The applicant seeks modification of order dated 30th April, 2014 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.685 of 2014. The applicant was directed to be released on bail by the aforesaid order on his executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs,50,000/- with one or two securities for the amount of Rs.50,000/-.

The applicant was also directed to deposit Rs.10 lakhs 1/3

with the trial Court. It is also directed that the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on first Monday of each month between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon till conclusion of trial. 3.

It is submitted that the applicant has deposited the amount of Rs.10 lakhs as directed in the said order. The applicant is also attending the police station as stipulated in the aforesaid order. It is submitted that the charge has been framed in the case and the trial will begin within a short span of time. The case is kept for recording evidence on 4th September, 2017. It is submitted that since 2014, the applicant has attended the police station and therefore, the said condition may be relaxed. 4.

Learned APP submitted that condition was imposed as the applicant was granted bail.

Considering the fact that the charge has been framed against applicant and he has been attending EOW, Unit I, DCB, CID since 2014, the said condition of attendance can be relaxed. 2/3

However, the applicant shall attend the trial Court during hearing. Hence, I pass following order;

:: ORDER ::

(i) Order dated 30th April, 2014 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.685 of 2014 is modified and the condition number (iv) stipulated in the said order that the applicant to attend the police station on first Monday of each month is relaxed.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the trial proceedings on date of its hearing unless exempted by the Court.
