Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned AGP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this writ petition by direction Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune to decide RTS Appeal Nod. 13 of 2016 filed by the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.
