The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they already preferred revision application before respondent No.2 on 18.05.2016 and same is pending for hearing and final disposal on merits. He submits that respondent No.2 may be directed to decide their application as early as possible. p14.7813.16-wp application before respondent No.2 for early hearing. To that effect, he made an endorsement on a farad. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Same is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and as the revision application is pending before respondent No.2, following order is passed:

Liberty granted to the petitioner to move respondent No.2 for early hearing of the revision application.

b.

If application is made before respondent No.2 for early hearing of the revision application, the authority is directed to decide the same as early as possible, in any case, within two months from the date of application.

c.

Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.

d.

No order as to costs.
