After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to submit explanation to Respondent No. 3 in pursuance to the communication dated 18th June, 2017 (Exhibit "G"). 3.

With the aforesaid liberty, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. In case the Petitioner submits the explanation, it is expected from Respondent No. 3 to consider and take appropriate decision on it as expeditiously as possible.
