Heard learned Counsel for the parties. Civil Application No.1928 of 2018 seeks recall of a dismissal order passed in the writ petition on the basis of default. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the order of dismissal dated 24 February 2014 is recalled and set aside and the writ petition is restored to file. 2.

There is a companion civil application, being Civil Application No.1930 of 2018, for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased sole Petitioner. There is a delay in taking out the application. Pg 1 of 2
