By this Civil Application, Applicant Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 2 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 16.09.2014 passed by the Adhoc District Judge-1, Pune in MACP No. 658/2012.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, the following order is passed:

a) Delay in filing First Appeal, is Sneha Chavan 1/2
