Heard learned counsel for the parties. No affidavit in reply has been filed. I have perused the averments made in both the civil applications. The delay of 48 days in filing both the first appeals is 1/2

30-caf-1117-15.doc sufficiently explained by the applicant. Both the civil applications are made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

Place both the first appeals on board for admission at the bottom of admission board on 4th December, 2019. The Court will make an endeavor to dispose of both the first appeals finally at the admission stage subject to time constraint.

The appellant is directed to file compilation of documents, pleadings and evidence forming part of the proceedings before the MACT with a copy to be served upon the respondent's advocate in advance.
