By this Application, the Applicant seeks re­call of the order dated 05.02.2016 passed by this Court (CORAM :

SMT.R.P.SONDURBALDOTA, J.) by which the aforesaid Revision Application came to be dismissed for non­removal of office objections within the stipulated time.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that there is a delay of 117 days in filing the aforesaid Application and hence, same also be condoned.

Perused the papers.

For the reasons set out in the Application, in particular paras 4, 5 & 7 of the Application, the Application is allowed, delay is condoned and the order dated 05.02.2016 is re­called and the Revision Application is restored to its original file.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.

The Revision Application to be placed on the board on 27.07.2016 under the caption "For Admission".
