At the outset, Mr. Sutar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that he is not pressing at this stage the relief claimed in prayer clause (b). Statement is accepted.

Insofar as relief claimed in prayer clause (a) is concerned, no ground is made out for modification of the order dated 2nd September 2013 passed in above writ petition. Hence, civil application is dismissed.
