1] This is an application through jail. It is the grievance of the applicant that he is not being produced before the Trial Court on all dates. He has further stated that despite the order dated 30th April 2015, directing the Trial Court to dispose off the trial by 31st July 2015, the trial did not proceed.

2] Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

3] The learned APP has produced before me the Roznama pertaining to Sessions Case No.185 of 2011. The said Roznamas disclose that the trial has already commenced and as of today four witnesses have been examined. That the next date of hearing is fixed on 5th March 2016. In view of the same, the grievance of the applicant does not survive.

Dond 2/2 ba.1300-2015.sxw 4] As far as the directions given by this Court by an order dated 30th April 2015 in Criminal Application No.363 of 2015 are concerned, the Trial Court is reminded about the same and is further directed to conclude the trial in any event within a period of six months from today. 5] The application is disposed off accordingly.
