Heard the learned counsel appointed for the applicant and the learned APP.

The applicant herein is praying for bail in Crime No.114 of 2014, 153 of 2014, 294 of 2014 and 331 of 2014 registered at Charkop Police Station. The applicant has criminal antecedents. That the other offences are registered in January, 2015 and February, 2015. It appears that after his arrest, the applicant had given a memorandum, pursuant to which there was recovery of stolen vehicle under Section 27 of the Indian Evidence Act.

Taking into consideration the fact that there are criminal antecedents, the applicant does not deserve bail. The applicant is also an

Mhi 2 BA-1301-15.sxw accused in Crime No.9 of 2009 for the offence under Section 379 of IPC in which the trial is proceeding.

The learned APP submits that in the eventuality that he is released on bail, he would not be available for the trial wich is pendig before the 24th Court Borivali, Mumbai. In view of this, the applicant does not deserve to be enlarged on bail.

Application stands rejected.

The learned Advocate, Ms. Sneha Singh appointed for the applicant has put in her best efforts to espouse the cause of the applicant. Her professional fees are quantified at Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to be paid to her within three months from today. (SMT.SADHANA S.JADHAV, J.)
